Down & Dirty Album Cover
Down & Dirty is a band with a history. Ukranian vocalist Denis Shaforostov formed Make Me Famous in 2010. When he parted ways with that band after a few years of touring, he went on to form Down & Dirty in 2012. The band has yet to release an album, so I saw an opportunity to design the cover art.
Inspiration
The style of the “D” was influenced by the original logo for Make Me Famous, which can also be found tattooed on Shaforostov’s chest.
The March Ahead Album Cover
The March Ahead produces music that infuses metal and electronic elements, a sound I would describe as “spacey.” Artwork for the single release, Creation came about when I tweeted a concept of the cover to songwriter Johnny Franck. He pointed me to his manager and we got started.
